Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your experience is smooth and your order arrives safely. Below are the details about our shipping process.

**Processing Time**  
All orders are processed within 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates**  
We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited Shipping

**Domestic Shipping**  
We currently offer shipping to  the United States only. All orders  are shipped via USPS or UPS.

**Order Tracking**  
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through Tracking number that's provided.

**Shipping Delays**  
While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. In the event of a delay, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance at Pinkandpoppyco@gmail.com

**Lost or Damaged Packages**
